A most appropriate memorial.

Recently people in our village were saddened by the death of a much admired resident. He was particularly known for his skills in building and repairing the dry stone walls which are such a feature of our area. As a voiunteer he had given hundreds of hours working on the walls in our National Landscape.
We were pleased this morning to dicover this new memorial in Arnside Cemetery.
