At The Vets
I have been a really good boy today and today’s picture is of me at the vets; I was trying to jump off the table, which is not allowed, so my mum did not get my best side. I yowled all the way there and all the way back, but the vet said I was a good, quiet boy and easier to handle than my sister Sybil as she used to go to the same vet.
I was taken to the vets and checked over because yesterday I sneezed and blood came out of my nose; I had also vomited all over everywhere. I know, far too much information, but that is why my human took me to the vet.
It was a bit of a waste of time if you ask me. My heart is fine, my teeth and mouth are fine and my eyes reacted properly when the light was shone in them. In fact, it seems for a cat of my age I am in remarkably good condition. I do have some antibiotics, just in case I have an infection and I have to have a bland diet, for a cou0le of weeks that means chicken and fish and no biscuits.
Mum has just been to Amazon, wherever that is, to get two new automatic food bowls so that I cannot eat Florence’s food and she cannot eat mine, but it seems she will be getting chicken and fish too; she has not been to the vets, but climbed in the cat carrier before I was put in it.
Not sure why you need to know this, but the temperature at noon today was thirteen degrees Celsius.
