Tuesday: RockNerd

Today has been an endless stream of deliveries of things we need to make the house function, such as pots and pans……….We also had to have the cleaners back as the house really wasn’t up to par.  Our 9 suitcases which came as air freight were also delivered.  

We’re definitely eating the elephant bite by bite.

And what better way to end the day than meet up with the legendary RockNerd for a few drinks at our old local.. RockNerd has been a good friend for many years and it was as of no time at all had passed.  There were a fair few locals who also remembered us.

In other news, I’ll be glad when we have everything we need to put the bed back together.  My days of sleeping on an air mattress are long over.
