Battling!

A trip to Newark-on-Trent today for work and I had some time spare to explore, so I went to the Civil War Museum and very interesting it was too.

I also popped into St Mary Magdalene for a look around and it has a fabulous reredos, see the extra. 

Tomorrow, much more modern, off to Milton Keynes!
