Glasgow

We got the bus to Glasgow today to purchase a pair of sparkly trainers for the wedding on Saturday on the advice of Jane and LeeAnne on Monday.

Coffee first after getting off the bus. Then up to Buchanan Street and into the Kurt Geiger shop where the shoes were on sale! They were quite a good fit too.

Bought a few other bits and pieces and then we went to a Turkish restaurant on Hope Street for our lunch which was delicious. Popped into Tantrum Doughnuts and got three for Laura Dave and Ben as they love them.

Bus back at 3:15. Good trip back .

Lazy night.

Ben had has very last night at the Scouts where he got lots of nasty stuff flung over him lol! He’s going on to the Explorers . Both him and Cameron have had great adventures in their times from starting off in the Beavers. So many camps and expeditions which I think is fabulous and lots of interesting stuff done. They have had so much out of their times with the scouting movement.
