BUSY DAY.

Early morning swim.
Then to Dans..my FIL…to meet his physio who did a series of exercises with him. He is quite flexible but gets out of breath so easily. He’s on oxygen but struggles so much. He was exhausted after the visit.
Stripped his bed and remade it. Did a bit of sorting for him.
Home for lunch then up to London to see

Met 2 friends for dinner…a tasty Mexican meal at Wahaca then onto …
# A one night only show…Defying Gravity. A show to celebrate women in musicals. 4 extremely talented women who sang songs from about 20-25 different musicals. A great evening out with the girls.
