Acer

The leaves are gradually falling from the acer yet the tree continues to be a focal point in the garden. I wonder how much longer the remaining leaves can hold on.
The weather is amazingly mild with mist coming and going. We still haven’t felt the need to switch on our central heating, although most evenings we light the wood burning stove and allow it to go out once the living room reaches a comfortable temperature
