Blue....

Yesterday i was working on a painting that has been hanging around the studio.....see extra...and it was just not working, it's approx. 30" x 30"....so i did the only thing i could do, i got dramatic and made big changes!  I'm liking where i left it yesterday!   My plan was to continue painting today, but omg, it was -2 outside and even after having the little heater on in the studio for a couple of hours, it was barely 12 degrees in there!!!   way too cold for my comfort level.  

Had a bit of a mishap with the pipe on my wood stove...and it needs replacing, which Terry has promised to do....soon!

Had a physio appointment and a good chat with Sarah....she thinks maybe i should cut back a bit on the exercise regime....so i'll take her advise....feeling pretty frustrated with the lack of progress on my poor back!
