Spider plant

I bought this a while ago and it’s growing well. Does anyone know if the ends of the leaves turning brown is overwatering or underwatering?  It’s not growing any babies either. 
I had a filling at the dentist today which took nearly half an hour. It wasn’t much fun. I managed to stick it out without an injection though.
