River of Light Bunch of Tulips by Koros Design

After a lovely meal at Mowgli, we clocked up over 14,000 steps having a wader around this years River of Light Festival in Liverpool. 
The theme was 'Play' and was quite interactive if you could be bothered to wait in the ridiculously long queues of people - we didn't. 
I wasn't too impressed this year and in my opinion it wasn't as good as previous years, but it is always worth an evening, especially if it's not raining or cold. 
I've added a few extras but as usual found it really difficult to photograph as it was VERY busy and resorted to my phone for many of the shots.
