Dental Appointment

It was my 6 month check up and cleaning at the dentist this morning. Great report which is always good to hear.

Between taking the antibiotics before going to the dentist (which I always have to do) and getting a fluoride treatment put on my teeth (that tastes dreadful) my stomach has not been happy with me today. Nothing bad, just that low key nauseous feeling that hangs around. Ugh!

I had just finished sweeping all the fallen pine straw from the back porch when Kent called to let me know he was having his truck worked on and he needed me to come pick him up. I went and got him and then spent a couple of hours on the porch with MiniMe

Didn’t do MS Balance Training today due to nausea.
