It almost felt “normal” taking Frida for a walk before I met my photography friends for coffee. Frida and I usually walk for an hour before my met up time. Today, we walked in the same area for about 20 minutes. She was able to be off lead, and drink from the river and sniff about. She loved it - then she waited in the car for an hour while I met with the photography group. She was such a good girl.

Later in the day I went for my walk. As I walked passed a bus shelter, I noted the bikes and helmets lying on the ground. What trust (extra) to leave them unlocked and know they will be there ! May that not change…
