Say cheese

I was down in town to go to Eataly.  Eataly is right next door to Liverpool Street station and is several floors of Italian food.  Pasta - fresh and dried, pestos, deli foods, panetones, wines, olive oils and vinegars......  a food lovers heaven.  I stopped to watch this lady ladling this sticky something into pots, "excuse me, what is that"?  Gorgonzola, oh my goodness l will have some please - oh and some of that one there too please.  I can tell you they were delicious- and all gone now.
The 'one there'  was torte de marscapone ei de gorgonzola!
