Bruce

aka Dracula.

Bruce and his family go to a great deal of trouble to decorate their home and open it every halloween.
So far today they have entertained over 700 children.

Halloween doesn't mean very much in Australia, but increasingly groups of children participate, usually with their parents supervising.
