Italy, Switzerland, Germany, France in a day!

We left the B&B in Parma after breakfast and other than a pitstop for fuel and quick dog walking, we drove straight through Italy and Switzerland - some splendid views of the Alps - and into France via a brief (and unintended) detour through a bit of Germany, until we reached our destination for the night, in Strasbourg around 8pm. The B&B was not somewhere I would ever stay again, but less than five minutes drive we found a good Thai restaurant where for the first time since leaving Akbuk on Friday, we sat and had dinner, leaving the woofers in the car which was parked where we could watch them. It was for several reasons, a very good meal.
