Stand to attention.

When I got to the gym this morning, the ladies downstairs changing room was closed, so it was trek upstairs to use the pool lockers.  Back down to the gym, and on with the workout. Only Cath & Gwen today, and we went for a coffee afterwards. That was another story, and because it is half term, it took ages to get served, and then get a seat. Never mind, I lived to tell the story, and headed into town. I buy a diary every year, and for many years I have bought one from M & S.  I like a week to view and in the bottom corner they have different illustrations of Wildflower Meadows. I had a look in WHSmith today, and the only one they had was Boofle the bear, not quite  what I wanted, but a change is as good as a rest.  We had a very heavy fog this morning, but it soon  lifted and turned into a beautiful day.
