Abstract Thursday - ‘Halloween’

Horrors on this Halloween for me, as the conveyancing solicitor who is transferring the bungalow into my sole name doesn’t seem to have a very good grasp of the various roles and interests of the five family members involved in the process. I spent quite a while on the phone with her this afternoon going over the difference between a trustee and a beneficiary, and how only two of us in the family were both of these things. I’m not convinced that she isn’t still confused…
