BCAM2024 - Day 31

And here we are on our last day of BCAM.

Couldn’t resist getting a pic of this fine king protea at our local supermarket.

It’s been fun looking out for pink stuff this October, but for those who know me well, I’m always on the look out for PINK!!

I really hope we’ve been able to raise awareness and prevention of this very curable cancer. If caught early, one has every chance of survival and “less” treatment.

So please do check yourselves regularly and give yourself a head start, I can say this because I’ve experienced it.

It is an American cancer site, and I came across it ages ago when Geraldine (friend in Dubai) was going through her breast cancer journey. I was pleased to see that just by “clicking”, they were able to offer mammograms for free!! The more clicks, the more free mammograms. And it’s been great to see soooo many blippers posting links to this site too. Fantastic!
