D-Day

Today we went to English Heritage's History Live show which was an amazing day out. We saw re-creations of the Battle of Hastings, 1812, Gladiator wars, Jousting competition, and a new event for D-day. The D-day show was amazing, they had 3 parachuters fly out of a war plane into the field, a spitfire fly over head and drop 'bombs', and a fab explosive exit! The whole day was lovely and such an enjoyable way of celebrating a fabulous year together! Hope everyone has had a lovely weekend.
