O dan lai o bwysau
O dan lai o bwysau ~ Under less pressure
“The extraordinary, or “unreal”, is there amid the ordinary and prosaic, if we have the perception to see it.”
― Paul Hill, (‘Chapter Eight: From Printed Page to Gallery Wall’, Approaching Photography, 2nd Edition, 2004, Photographers' Institute Press, ISBN 1 86108 323 8, p134)

Rydw i'n hapus dweud bod y pils yn cael effaith da. Mae fy mhwysedd gwaed yn dod i lawr yn araf.
Es i am daith cerdded hir heddiw. Roeddwn i'n teimlo fy mod i angen tipyn bach o ymarfer corff. Cerddais i i lawr i'r afon ac yn ôl trwy'r siopau yn yr Ystum Taf. Doeddwn i ddim mor gyflyma yr arferwn fod, felly cymerodd fy nhaith cerdded amser hir. Roeddwn i'n hapus fy mod i wedi mynd, fodd bynnag, ac yn gobeithio bydda i'n fwy ffit ac yn gyflymach yn y dyfodol.

I am happy to say that the pills are having a good effect. My blood pressure is slowly coming down.
I went for a long walk today. I felt like I needed a bit of exercise. I walked down to the river and back through the shops in Ystum Taf (Llandaff North). I wasn't as fast as I used to be, so my walk took a long time. I was happy I went, though, and hope I'll be fitter and faster in the future.
