Play Time

Travelled home from Edinburgh yesterday. So many traffic jams and a quick stop at IKEA at the Metrocentre in Gateshead made for a very long journey after an early start.

Another early start this morning. Had to be at our eldest pair’s as I was looking after our 15 month old granddaughter for the day.
I’ve had many days looking after her brother and several days looking after both of them but this was the first time it was just her.

Lovely day playing together. Playdoh this morning and a trip to the park.
Lunch and then she had a two hour nap, yay! Plenty of time for granny to tidy up and have a sit with a cup of tea.

Home later in the evening.
