So welcoming!

We stopped the car in front of them and instantly they asked me to photograph them! What a gentle welcome they gave us here!

This morning I'd gone to the postoffice to get some stamps for sending my photo's from the people I pictured in Elounda and Plati on Lassithi Oropedio on to them; they have no e-mail, so by post it goes. 30 people ahead of me at the Chania postoffice! I waited my turn 1,5 hours! In the meantime Sweetheart called me, asking what I was doing! Anyway the envelopes with photo's are posted now.

Nov 21st 2024 = Looking back into the journal of Bobsblips I came across this photo of his from 2018  what portrays the same woman I portrayed here in 2024! ... she sat at the same taverna and was smiling to Bob too :-)) welcoming him then as much as me now, so lovely to see this!
