Day 3. Five Pounds
Five pounds. That's how much weight I've list since I started juicing 2 days ago. A good start.
This morning I made a rhubarb and apple juice flavoured with cinnamon. Nice but really looking forward to my veggies. Especially with the chillies. Thinking about whether I can juice fresh horseradish.
Incidentally, the pic is a bit of a cheat. There are a couple of tins of cider hiding behind all that fruit and veg to boost the weight.
