Henry arrived

Backblipped Friday 1st November

A rather slow start after our late night but I managed to take Phin for a good walk in the morning before getting dinner prepared for our son and his wife arriving to drop Henry off before they head to Florida in the morning.

There was yet another load of washing to get done but the fact it’s so mild has meant it’s pretty dry by the time I take it in off the line. The ironing pile is growing pretty high.

When the kids arrived with a rather excited Henry it transpired they’d forgotten his proper collar, tag and lead so we agreed to take the dogs to the pet shop in the morning. They were later than planned getting to the house so we only saw them for an hour or so before they got showered and ready for bed. The have to get up just after 3 to head to the airport. Fortunately for us they’ve booked the car into the car park so we don’t have to drive them.
