One of Todays Visitors

What a thunderstorm we had last night with lots of lightening. I was not frightened but just glad to be safe in my bed. This morning everything was very wet and I got soaked in the long grass. When we went out this morning we found we had a visitor. a racing pigeon which must have got lost with the thunder. It got a good breakfast with our doves and has been enjoying a good rest no doubt it fly away home when it is ready. We also had human visitors this morning from Cumbria who came and bought some of our sheep. So pleased they are going to a new home with people who will be good to them and look after them well. A quiet time for the rest of the day and looking forward to my evening walk with Yodi.
