Pumpkin cake

If you follow last year’s GBBO winner Matty Edgell on instagram you’ll see he made a pumpkin cake last week; it’s a marbled chocolate and orange cake made in a Bundt tin and iced in orange. I had a go today.
His was wildly brighter orange icing but I hadn’t the nerve to:)
Its stalk is a flake.
We’re going away tomorrow with the family to a self catering place so this a treat to look forward to.
