Letting go

Quite a productive day; I’m still on Cyprus time going to bed and sleeping from 10 to 6. I listened to the latest political podcast until it got light and then knocked off several admin tasks which felt good.

The yoga theme was “letting go”. An excellent session, anyone looking in would think we were doing very little, done precisely it was quite demanding with regular interludes for letting go and relaxing. Afterwards I felt sufficiently motivated to do a short run, and grabbed a blip, the old driveway to Pollok House which was soft with leaves.

After lunch I caught up with Spanish class I’d missed. Not the most exciting content- verbs including the essential irregular tener, to have. It’s taking a while to consistently remember the plural pronouns.
