Snooty and Scones

Woke after another good night’s sleep.
Took Ronnie for a walk , had my breakfast then walked down the hill to Skipton High Street to see the ‘scone man’.
Lots of leaves had fallen, those on the path were quite slippy so l walked on this part as it was much better underfoot.
Had to be there early because he soon sells out. Get there by noon and they are gone. Along with his wife they owned a cafe in Skipton that Elaine and l went to just because of the scones. Cut a long story short they have sold the cafe and now have a scone business, she makes them , he sells them. Let me tell you, they are amazing.
Then back up the hill a quick cuddle with our Ron then l set off home .
Had a bath, my muscles ached from yesterday and did a bit of food preparation.
Elaine arrived and  after devouring the scones l drove us to Snooty Frox a shop just outside of Harrogate to look at wedding outfits. It was where l bought everything l wore to Rebecca’s wedding. Really wonderful staff but nothing to tempt me and l didn’t like myself in anything. Will go back in February when the new stock is in.
Called in at a dress agency on the way home , tried more things on there just to try different styles, some out of my comfort zone. I tried some shoes on that l loved , they were so comfy considering they had heels so l’ve bought them, will have to get an outfit that needs navy shoes now!
