Deer in Richmond

Yesterday friends A&B and  M and l went across London to Richmond park.  The rut is really over for the year but the deer are there all year round so still lots to see and is such a huge area (2,300 acres).  We spent several hours watching both red deer and fallow deer before taking ourselves off to a pub for a really nice lunch and then home by about 4 o'clock just as it was starting to get dark.
Yesterday was the first day that l have felt at all cold, l will have think about getting coats and hats out.
