Gorgeous morning

What a lovely welcoming first morning home. The sun stayed all day and I was able to get all my washing done and dry outside, a real treat at this time of year.
I drove down to St, Johns Chapel to meet Ruth who drove us and Val to Stanhope where we had a great natter at the Root and Branch community café. 
The extra photos are of the poppy display at SJC. All the knitted and crocheted poppies are made by local ladies. There is always a superb display.
