Out Of The Shadows

Into the light. Our Copper Beech has shed most of its leaves and although most of the tree is in silhouette the top is almost white in the bright sunshine.

The day light length is 9 hrs and 17 minutes today and bright blue skies are much appreciated. 

Day light shortens the further north one is located. 

Autumn brings drifts of fallen leaves and I will spend quite a few hours in the next few days gathering them up.
