Half-past nine, Sunday morning

8.6 miles, this morning, and what a beautiful day for a run. 

That aside, our day was as enjoyably lazy as, yesterday. The Minx took a wander down into Kirkby to check out the new coffee shop (closed!) and wander 'round the shops, while I recorded my radio show and sorted out the music room.
