I was somewhat surprised by this notice that had appeared in the last few days up at Quarts Moor. Been going there for a few years to walk and never heard anything about Panthers!

I do wonder if it is a Halloween joke!

Think the biro note suggesting “call 999 in emergency” might be a clue! Doubt the police would take it seriously…
