Visual Medicine

Spent the afternoon making up a book of my small Visual Medicine artworks. This free-flowing paint technique was developed by psychotherapist Suzette Clough. It’s a wonderful practice that requires no artistic skill whatsoever. I’ve done it with two different teachers now and it’s always an enjoyable experience and a fun thing to do with special friends. I’m planning to do it again with two dear friends next month so I thought I would mount up some of my earlier pieces. It’s very gentle and can also speak to something quite deep and soulful. Appropriate for All Souls, I’ve just realised!
