How lucky to get
such official paperwork
from kind ice-cream man!

Ben had his carers today and they took him to the park and a little farm.  They bought him an ice cream with his pocket money and apparently Ben asked the ice cream man for a receipt.  Rather than just say 'no', the ice cream man wrote him his own receipt on a napkin :-D  Aren't some people lovely?! 
We spent the day walking the dog and researching schools/colleges that might be a good fit for Ben next year.  I'm trying to compile a spreadsheet, for the purposes of making me feel more under control!  Say after me, "We'll get there in the end.."!  (hopefully)
Mr KCNQ2Haiku and I did also sneak for lunch which was very pleasant - we haven't done that for a while, we tried somewhere new which we both enjoyed and were able to relax and have a giggle.  Lovely :-)
