Purple kale

The kale was delicious in last night's stirfry.  Been enjoying purple carrots and purple sweet potatoes recently.  Plenty of healthy anthocyanins. ;-)

Firework season started here before Halloween.  Luckily Kyro is not as affected as my previous greyhound. Murray.  Kyro can cope if he's indoors but doesn't like it if surprised by any when outside.  Really they carry on for too long and at any time of day.
