Hallowe’en Team

It was our team training day today. It wasn’t too bad I suppose. Some of us wore something Halloweenish and Laura came for a little visit with Piper in her pumpkin dress.

April had asked me to cover her drive for her. Getting into base was horrific, getting to Handforth was bad, getting back to base was awful and then getting home was hell!!

The highlight of the day was when Dan (he’s high up in NHSBT) gave his presentation. Well, actually it was after his presentation as he said, “Oh, there is one more thing. Let me just check the name…he looked at his phone…Belinda.” That made me jump. “We were in the exec meeting and all anyone was talking about was your video, absolutely brilliant.” Well that made my day!
