lullingstone

I was up v early and arrived at Lullingstont country park.  The parkrun that is so hilly and tough.. we walked and talked and then coffee.
She is being v   brave and also in shock..
The autumn scenes many old run routes..
Arrived back to go amazing ward managers leaving drinks.. Home now 7 30pm super exhausted and a little unsettled.
