A good morning at the day job. A lovely colleague helped me figure out a solution to a problem - very helpful.

In the afternoon I met up with my friend R and told her about my trip back home, including a visit with her brother. We had a lovely afternoon wandering around the south bank.

On my way home my throat started to hurt. I think I may have caught a cold.
