Supernova Forth Road Bridge 5km

I ran the Supernova Forth Road Bridge 5km this evening.  

I've had a bit of a mixed period of running recently between travel (Riyadh, Boston, London) and health (virus, chest infection, antibiotic side effects and vaccinations) so I was very pleased to finish in under 30 minutes. 

My official chip time is 29:33, but my GPS watch shows the time I got to 5km (a little over the official finish) as 29:49 which seems more plausible given recent runs.

Either way, job done.
