Woke up to go for a run, only to be confronted with heavy rain and thunder and wisely decided to stay in bed.

Went up to Cjs this evening to catch up with him and Kieran. Sat out in the garden chewing the fat and watching this evenings spectacular sunset unfold over a few beers. Nothing like a good night spent with friends
