Picnic

Have to up my protein levels so trying one of these Skyr yoghurts to boost. Other varieties & flavours are available but this was one chosen in foodie delivery.

Took it as a mini picnic for when I got to the bench. This bench is going to be used for a while as a stop point to sit outside.

Hope it doesn’t get too cold to sit here as the sun wasn’t out today.

Listened to the birds & watched a grey squirrel run across the grass. Watching folk walking / playing with their dogs and / or children. A few joggers out doing a circuit too.
