Anthurium andraeanum.

A very kind lady gave my wife this plant for a special birthday (it ended with an O).
It was in bloom,  but didn't flower for 18 months, recently it looked as though it might flower again, so I re-potted it and have been feeding sparingly.
Now there are five waxy flowers in various stages of development.
The plant is native to Columbia and Ecuador, so certain conditions are required for them to thrive.
