Llandudno day 2

This morning, after breakfast, Chris and I headed to Bodnant, leaving Kieran at the hotel to go for a run. We had a lovely time and discovered a new part of the gardens that we've never visited before. There weren't as many flowers as in the spring and summer when we've previously visited but the autumn colours and the light were stunning. While having a drink, I spotted Elaine who I used to work with - it's a small world! Llandudno seems to be the place to see people. 
After returning to the hotel, we all had lunch and headed up the Great Orme on the tram. We walked around the summit and walked down. We went to get an ice cream and then went on the pier before chilling (nearly falling asleep) in the room for an hour. We headed round the corner for a lovely meal and finally retired, exhausted, to our rooms.
