ANOTHER VERY QUIET DAY

Very tired today.
Was ill during the night.
Let me just explain.....that I don't do vomiting!
I can count yhe number of times I have been physically ill on one hand

Last night was an explosive reaction to something that I can't explain. As a consequence I was up
for a long period till everything had settled and was back to normal. It was such a trauma for me. So today has been on the sofa with the fire on and a blanket.

EDIT - I have just been informed that this is my 1,095 blip. I have been blipping for many more years than this indicates, but I don't rigidly do 1 entry a day....and there was a time when I had a long break. But...... I came back coz it's great x
