He's back

CyclopsJnr’s coach arrived home about 4pm into the Edinburgh rain, but CyclopsJnr was delighted with P6 camp and told us all about it.

The weather at Lochgoilhead was good – mainly fine, and not cold.

The activities included kayaking, raft building, driving a power boat, hillwalking, foraging, abseiling, Jacobs ladder, and shelter building.

In the evenings they had a giant Cluedo game, a campfire, and a Halloween party with traditional games and on-site guising. CyclopsJnr dressed as Cedric Diggory from Harry Potter.

CyclopsJnr seems to have remembered to change his clothes each day, and collected an amount of mud that shows he got involved (plus a good cup-full of water which MrsCyclops poured out of his wellies, helpfully contained in a bin-bag). But he also brought a few things back clean. Like, he wore a sensible amount of things. Unexpected. Also unexpectedly he managed to cram everything back into his suitcase at the end of it.
