Lion’s mane mushroom

The appropriately named Lion’s mane mushroom (Hericium erinaceus) is usually found on dead hardwood trees.

I found mine in a vegetable shop.

It joined a batch of dried but rehydrated Fungi Porcini in a tasty risotto.
