Frosty Mint Cake!

We had a lazy morning, though I did a few jobs in the kitchen. And for lunch I made Grace a ham and cheese toastie* in the pan the way they're done on the burger van, and she enjoyed it.

The antibiotics have all been managed smoothly today and I only have one more to go. I'll be taking it with a bit of this cake!

*Vegan!

We've had a good afternoon over at Jeri's, and had a lovely filling curry for lunch. We watched Man U scrape a draw against Chelsea. Sigh... I think it's gonna take something special to turn this around. I wish there was a football equivalent of Wigan Warriors' coach... Jurgen Klopp would be close but we ain't ever getting him!
