Ascension Catholic Church, Harvey, Illinois

Al's brother Bill is such an amazing artist!  When I saw this painting, I was sure it was a photograph.

This is a place that was on the way to school when Al and his siblings walked.  They had to pass it four times a day because they went home for lunch.  It's a big part of their childhood.

Bill is trying to capture the older buildings in Harvey before they are all demolished.  He's done a wonderful job.
