Down By The Lazy River!

I went and sat down on the frame of the new decking area tonight to watch the damsels dance about. It's going to be so nice when it's done. It will take a while but starting to take shape already. I took lots of photos of the damsels when they decided to settle and wasn't sure what to blip but decided on this one. I love their colours.

Today I ran 4 miles after my boot session. I was very pleased with that. Back to a 3 miles on Friday. I'm following the 10k training programme on run keeper. Maybe one day I'll enter a 10k event!

I also met my friend for coffee...her dad passed away yesterday. Poor girl.

I had to take my husband back to the hospital to have his stitches out. It's a neat little scar. He can't wait to get back to normality.
